Still, we offer a fair and transparent Return & Refund policy.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns ONLY if:
Product is damaged
Product is leaked
Product is tampered
Wrong item delivered
Returns are NOT accepted for:
Opened or used jars
Customer-damaged products
“Change of mind”
Products stored incorrectly by the customer
2. Return Window
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Provide:
Order ID
Photos/videos of issue
Packaging evidence
3. Refund Process
Refund is issued ONLY after product verification.
Refund type:
Original payment method (5–7 business days), or
Store credit (instant)
4. Replacements
If stock is available, we will send a replacement free of charge.
5. COD Orders Policy
❗ COD Orders Are NOT Eligible for Returns, Refunds, or Replacements
Because COD orders often involve risk of refusal and spoilage during return transit.
If you want return & refund flexibility, please choose Prepaid (Razorpay).

You may cancel before dispatch
